COMPASS Self-Service Employer Training Sessions

WVCPRB will be conducting training sessions in February 2017 on the functionality of our agency's new web-based pension administration system (COMPASS). Retirement Benefit Coordinators will be trained on the use of the contribution reporting functions and employee self-service tools.

Registration is not necessary to attend, as training sessions are being made available to participating benefit coordinators statewide. Please access the 2017 COMPASS Events Postcard link below for training dates and locations.

Seating is limited and available on a first come, first service basis. Attendees will be required to sign-in upon arrival. Two sessions will be available per day at each location (choose from a morning session or afternoon session). Please be aware that Benefit Coordinators need only to attend one session.

Employer Self Service Training Webinars

The WV Consolidated Public Retirement Board (CPRB) is also providing online training to help teach staff from each agency how to perform certain tasks in our new Employer Self Service (ESS) portal. This is the same information that will be covered during the regional meetings, we simply want to afford our employers as many opportunities to attend this training as possible.
