I.T. Project Manager I
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager I with 2–4 years of IT project experience to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall scheduling and sequencing of CPRB’S enterprise application deployments, routine maintenance, and new application upgrades. You will collaborate directly with internal development leads to negotiate software and infrastructure integrations for CPRB’s IT project portfolio. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and mitigate technical roadblocks.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of Information Systems standard operations between the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) layers. You will coordinate projects from infrastructure setup necessary to sandbox to solution implementations required for daily IT operations. This role demands proactive communication across all CPRB technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders involved. As a Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Scrum Master you will apply standard methodologies to create project artifacts that deliver critical IT solutions efficiently, safely and ontime.
Key Responsibilities
- Deployment and Release Management: Orchestrate the end-to-end scheduling, environmental sequencing and rollout of enterprise application deployments, routine maintenance windows, and critical platform upgrades.
- Environment Provisioning: Coordinate with system administrators and cloud engineers to provision, configure and manage sandbox, staging, and production environments required for stable IT operations.
- Cross-Functional Infrastructure Alignment: Facilitate daily alignment and clear operational roadblocks between software development leads, cloud architects, system administrators, and network engineering teams.
- Operational Risk and Incident Mitigation: Proactively identify infrastructure dependencies, document system integration risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent downtime during major operational shifts.
- System Lifecycle Governance: Apply PMI methodologies and PMP standards to govern the full system lifecycle (SLC), ensuring all infrastructure changes undergo rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience directly implementing technical IT projects (e.g., software development, infrastructure upgrades, or system deployments).
- Foundational Knowledge of SDLC: Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and standard technical environments.
- Methodology Expertise: At least 1 year of proven experience operating within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience using industry-standard project management software (such JIRA,TFS, Github or other feature management software).
- Proactive communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential to this role
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). IT experience should span both software and infrastructure to be able to manage the CPRB IT portfolio
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) credential.
- Basic technical familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) or IT infrastructure concepts.

Programmer Analyst 4
Seeking a .NET Developer with a minimum of 3 years development experience to maintain .NET applications using VB.NET, C#, and ASP.NET. Experience must include Application development using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core along with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Responsible for developing reusable Components on UI (User Interfaces) by developing the Partial Views, View starts, and reusable components for implementing the business rules with VB.NET and/or C#. Proficient in written database queries using T-SQL statements, views, user defined functions, stored procedures, triggers in MSSQL Server for inserting, updating, and deleting data into relational tables. Training & Education
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related (or Associate’s + 18 months programming).
Substitution: 3 years programming experience may substitute.
Experience: 4 years full-time programming/system analysis.
