Programmer Analyst 4
Seeking a .NET Developer with a minimum of 3 years development experience to maintain .NET applications using VB.NET, C#, and ASP.NET. Experience must include Application development using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core along with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Responsible for developing reusable Components on UI (User Interfaces) by developing the Partial Views, View starts, and reusable components for implementing the business rules with VB.NET and/or C#. Proficient in written database queries using T-SQL statements, views, user defined functions, stored procedures, triggers in MSSQL Server for inserting, updating, and deleting data into relational tables. Minimum requirements are listed below:

Preferences
- Experience in working with two-week sprints in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience in both .NET Framework and .NET Core
- Involved in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance
Training & Education
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related (or Associate’s + 18 months programming).
Substitution: 3 years programming experience may substitute.
Experience: 4 years full-time programming/system analysis.
Other Requirements
- Grade 19: $45,042 – $83,326; Market: $73,417
- Classified exempt position.
